How Credits Work
Each retainer uses a flexible credit-based system so you can choose the support you need each month.
- Each deliverable equals a set credit value.
- Up to 50% of unused credits carry over to the next month.
- Banked credits are always applied first and expire at the end of the following month.
- 3–12 month contracts available, with a one-month trial before committing.
- Deliverables confirmed by the 10th of each month ensure timely scheduling.

The Starter Plan is ideal for small nonprofits or ministries just beginning their grant journey. With 3 monthly credits, this plan provides flexibility to cover smaller-scale needs while building a strong foundation for future funding. Support also includes basic funder research, a quarterly grant calendar overview, and email check-ins to keep your organization on track.
Example combinations include: 1 foundation proposal + LOI, or 1 moderate complexity proposal.
Growth Plan – 5 credits
The Growth Plan works best for organizations ready to establish consistent grant activity. With 5 monthly credits, you gain the balance of strategy and execution needed to grow your funding pipeline. This plan also includes in-depth funder research, full grant calendar development, and bi-weekly strategy meetings to keep your team aligned and grant-ready.
Example combinations include: 1 moderate complexity proposal + one foundation proposal, or 1 federal proposal.
Legacy Plan – 7 credits
The Legacy Plan is designed for organizations managing high-value grant programs or pursuing federal and multi-year opportunities. With 7 monthly credits, you have access to comprehensive proposal support and ongoing strategy. Along with advanced funder prospecting, this plan includes custom multi-year grant strategy development and dedicated priority support for sustained impact.
Example combinations include: 1 federal proposal + 1 foundation proposal, or 2 moderate complexity proposals + 1 LOI.
